Topic/Skill: Speaking and presenting

Feedback provided to the tutee: My tutee wanted feedback on his pronunciation for a presentation he was giving in a class. We practiced his pronunciation of more difficult words, and I gave feedback and tips.  

Lesson(s) about tutoring and/or the tutee you learned: ESL speakers struggle with letters which change in sound depending on the word. The lack of patterns creates a struggle for them.

Perfect continuous tenses  Classroom   management : The class was well paced and Dr. Ciappetta opened up with casual conversation before moving on to their lesson. Materials : Shared Google Docs, each assigned to each student where they would work on fill-in-the-blank worksheets.  Student   participation : Each student worked on their Google Doc while the instructor checked in Feedback : Dr. Ciappetta would add feedback through comments if their answers were incorrect  Lessons : Grammar. Perfect continuous tenses
