Topic: Writing. Low Intermediate. Olivia James

Teacher presentation: Essay writing. How to write a thesis statement and support it. 

Classroom management: The class was mostly independent as they worked on their essays using a template provided by the instructor. 

Materials: A printed essay help sheet 

Student participation: Each student worked independently to write their essay topic and periodically would ask the instructor for feedback. 

Feedback: Feedback on their writing such as repeating phrases. 

Lessons: Thesis statements in essay writing

Perfect continuous tenses  Classroom   management : The class was well paced and Dr. Ciappetta opened up with casual conversation before moving on to their lesson. Materials : Shared Google Docs, each assigned to each student where they would work on fill-in-the-blank worksheets.  Student   participation : Each student worked on their Google Doc while the instructor checked in Feedback : Dr. Ciappetta would add feedback through comments if their answers were incorrect  Lessons : Grammar. Perfect continuous tenses
